What we do ?

UF/IFAS Extension County Operations supports the 67 county offices located throughout the state of Florida. We connect Extension personnel with the information and resources they need at the University of Florida. County Operations handles administrative and financial transactions for county offices.

Our Mission

First and foremost, to strive for excellence in fulfilling our mission County Operations will make user-centered decisions. We will encourage vision and innovation while exercising accountability in our actions. We exist for the benefit of the Extension community, and it is our absolute goal to provide impecable financial and administrative service.

Administration

The Extension County OperationsOffice is responsible for the fiscal administration of the Florida Cooperative Extension Service including: grants, state budgets, personnel, payroll and travel. This office is staffed by business professionals that are available to answer your questions.
